Ari Parnes

Managing Director


Ari Parnes oversees all facets of Collins Group’s operations, including asset acquisition and disposition, asset management and capital market activities. He has 35 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. Ari has been directly involved in sourcing and managing in excess of $1 billion dollars worth of multifamily properties. Ari specializes in identifying true value add real estate opportunities and in the execution of the operational and capital business plans. He also is responsible for supervising all major capital projects and improvements focusing on maximizing value and optimizing the cash outlays.

Jay Herman

Senior Vice President


Jay Herman, an accountant by trade, has over three decades of experience in sourcing and analyzing multi-family real estate investment opportunities. He is also responsible for managing all acquisition, disposition and financing activities as well as relations with bankers, brokers and investors. Jay maintains long-standing connections in the multi-family industry and its financial markets to best serve Collins Group’s investors.

Rachel Twerski

Chief Financial Officer


Rachel Twerski serves as Chief Financial Officer of Collins Group and is responsible for supervising the firm’s asset management. Rachel acts as the liaison between Asset Management and Lenders in administrating reporting requirements and financial statements. Rachel’s responsibility for asset management includes the oversight of all facets of property operations, budget preparation, capital allocations, and execution of ownership strategy for its portfolio. She oversees compliance, reporting, and cash management goals, working closely with on-site staff and back office operations. Rachel employs the latest, cutting-edge digital marketing and cloud-based technologies as they become increasingly critical drivers in today’s multi-family environment.

Ruthy Parnes

Treasurer


Ruthy Parnes serves as Treasurer of Collins Group and oversees the banking functions of the company. She manages the flow of capital for investments and property operations. She supervises all company and property bank accounts and maintains all aspects of the banking relationship. Ruthy acts as liaison to the companies accountants and supervises all financial filings.

Miriam Parnes, C.P.A.

Senior Accountant


Miriam has an extensive background both in Public Accounting and Financial Management. In her most recent position, Miriam served as a Manager of a team of accountants that serviced the Nursing Home Industry. Her “tech savvy” approach has enabled Collins Group to streamline many of its financial applications. Miriam has proven to be an excellent addition to the Collins Executive team.

Haya Eisenbach

Executive Secretary


With a background as a legal secretary, Haya maintains all corporate and tax records and correspondences for all entities. In addition, she acts as office manager and  is responsible for all administrative duties at Collins Group.
